X and the X logo are trademarks of their respective owner. They appear on this site only to describe what the tool does, which is a descriptive use, no claim of ownership or partnership is made or implied.
We do not host, own or control any of the videos accessible through this service. Every file remains on X's servers and belongs to whoever created it.
The service simply reads the public data X already publishes and passes the file through to your browser. Downloading a video does not transfer any rights to it. The creator's copyright is unaffected.
You are responsible for what you download and what you do with it afterwards. Copyright law varies by country, and what is permitted in one jurisdiction may not be in another.
Saving a video for personal offline viewing is generally accepted in most places. Re-uploading someone else's video, using it commercially, or presenting it as your own is not something this tool grants you permission to do. Those decisions, and their consequences, are yours.

Technical details about how X encodes and serves video reflect observed behaviour at the time of writing. Platforms change without notice, so specifics such as resolution ceilings and upload limits may drift out of date.
This service depends on public endpoints operated by X. If those change or become unavailable, parts of the tool may stop working with no warning. No guarantee of continuous availability is offered.
Some content cannot be retrieved by any tool, including posts from protected accounts, direct message media, deleted posts and age-restricted content. These are platform-level restrictions, not shortcomings of this implementation.
